Ericsson is a well-known, leading global telecommunications company with offices located around the world. Their Marketing Unit for North Western Europe (MUNWE) handles all the internal communications for Ericsson and is also in charge of running their company events.

the objective

Ericsson uses the digital signage network to promote corporate messages, news and information. Throughout their UK offices, MUNWE’s aim is to keep staff updated and informed.

Beaver were chosen by Ericsson to provide their content and content management. We were required to design the template content, as well as specific messages for the screens. The screens also needed to be kept up-to-date, both through live data feeds and manual updates.

the solution

Beaver Design scripted the content, designed the slides and set up templates which use live data feeds. We also provided training to the Ericsson staff, helping them to manage their own network. With our own GMM (Global Media Manager) software, Beaver Design enables Ericsson’s screen content to display live data from a variety of sources.

the result

The Ericsson screens are an integral part of the communication strategy from MUNWE. Staff can read regular updates, new and information on the screens placed at key locations throughout the building.
